HOURS OF OPERATION INFORMATION
HOURS
AGAPELAND is open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. all year, except for the holidays listed on the page 9 of the handbook.
All children need to be picked up by the closing time of 6:00 p.m.
If any child is left in our care beyond this time, there will be a$20.00 late fee assessed for the first 15-minute period (or any part thereof). In addition, a $10.00 late fee will be assessed for each 15-minute period (or any part thereof) after the initial 15 minute period. Habitual lateness (more than twice in one month) will result in the fees being increased to $30.00, and $20.00 respectively.
Should late fees not be paid in a timely manner, all fees will be added on to tuition, and will be handled by the accounting department. These late fee policies apply to all early dismissals and emergency closings.
VISITING
Parents are welcome to visit Agapeland at any time. We require check-in at the front office and a pass will be given to you. This procedure is required for all visitors. When necessary you may make an appointment to speak with the Director, and or teachers of Agapeland. Teachers cannot participate in a parent teacher conference while they are supervising children.

Agapeland normally closes for the week between Christmas and New Years. Notification will be sent home before December 1st confirming the specific dates for each year. You will be notified, in writing, and in advance, of any other closings, as soon as we are made aware of them.
SNOW AND EMERGENCY CLOSING
In the event the school should close, your child's teacher or an Agapeland staff member will notify the parent with a telephone call. Below you will find the contact numbers for weather/emergency information:
