OVERVIEW
Parents who wish to dedicate their child or children to the Lord can do so by following the instructions below:
At least one parent must be a registered member of Faith Fellowship Ministries. If neither of you are, you can:
Once you have completed Membership requirements you can hand in a completed Parent - Child Dedication Form for processing.
Fill out completely and return it to the Information Center or mail to the church at:

Attend the required classes prior to the ceremony. You will receive a letter of invitation in the mail once your form has been processed.
