Pastor David T. Demola,
Senior Pastor of FFM
After attending Bible College and following his father as pastor of Christian Pentecostal Church on Staten Island, Pastor Demola pioneered FFM by beginning services in a home with four people.
Pastor David T. Demola has been in the ministry for 50 years.
Pastor Diane B. Demola,
Assistant Pastor and FFM Administrator
Pastor Diane serves by her husband’s side as the Administrator of FFM, providing spiritual and practical guidance to our Directors and our Women’s Ministry.

Leo Natale

President of Counseling and Certification Network Inc.,
Dean of Faith Fellowship School of Christian Counseling
Rev. Leo Natale joined the small FFM Staff in 1986 to assist Pastor Demola with the needs of a growing congregation by taking over Hospital Visitation and Counseling. Over the years, he has expanded that to a full blown Christian Counseling School serving this and other ministries.

Maryanne Percy

Director of Member Support Services
Hired to teach K-4 in 1982, Maryanne, an early member of the church, later became the Dean of FFM’s Bible School ACTS (currently known as FITS). She now serves as the Ministry Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ministry.

Joe Balina

Brother Joe, as he is commonly called, became a Staff Minister in 1996, twelve years after first attending a service at FFM. Before coming on staff, he led our Prison Ministry and continued to do so afterward, adding Conflict Resolution, Marriage Enrichment, and the Directorate of Pastoral Care to his responsibilities.

Torleif originally came to us in 1986 and later became the church Administrator. He rejoined the staff of FFM in 2003 after several years on the staff of another church, and became the Director of CMI before moving on to his current position of the care and development of our LIFE Groups.

Clarence Bulluck

Fourteen years after joining FFM in 1985, Clarence accepted the staff position of Director of Member Support Services. He has been instrumental in the development of many programs including The Road to Christian Growth and Development and our Community Development Corporation. He currently serves as Vice President of the CDC.

Jacob Burgei

Youth Pastor, Staff Minister
A Graduate of World Harvest Bible College, Columbus, OH, under Pastor Rod Parsley, Jacob has been in full time ministry since 1999 and has served in many areas of ministry in the local church. He has been involved in youth ministry since 1997, first as a youth worker then as a Youth Pastor. He and his wife moved here from Indiana and joined us at FFM as Youth Pastors, full-time, in April of 2007.

A Graduate of World Harvest Bible College, Columbus, OH, under Pastor Rod Parsley, Tara has been in full-time ministry since 1999 and has served in music ministry and alongside her husband as Youth Pastor. She has been involved in youth ministry since 1997 serving as a youth worker and then into full-time Youth Ministry. She and her husband moved here from Indiana and joined us at FFM as Youth Pastors, full-time, in April of 2007.

In 2005, Carlos became a part of our Pastoral Staff after having been a part of the FFM family since around 1989. He ministers as a part of the Latino Ministries leadership team at services as well as serving our Latino members in various areas of the ministry.

Deborah Cooper

Director of Music and Arts, Staff Minister
Deborah Cooper is the Director of Music and Arts at FFM. Two years after coming to FFM in 1983, she came on staff as a Kindergarten teacher, later moving to Accounting and our Counseling Department. She continues to serve as Worship Leader as well as being involved in our Women’s Ministry and teaching in our Bible school.

Ron Constable

Pastoral Care Dept, Staff Minister
Hospital Visitation, Nursing Homes, Shut-ins, Drug/Alcoholic Counseling and Rehabilitation Services.
Formerly a director of Brooklyn Teen Challenge Discipleship Center, Ron has joined our Staff, counseling and ministering in the field of addictions and substance abuse. He is a certified Pastoral and Temperament Counselor.

Rosemary Manthey

One of the Founding Members of FFM
First Time Visitors Ministry, Staff Minister
Rosemary Manthey’s living room was the location of our first service in 1980. She continues to fulfill her heartbeat for follow-up by making sure all of our first time visitors are contacted as well as teaching for FITS.

Michael Marulli

Director of Multi-Media, Staff Minister
One of the earliest members of FFM, Mike Marulli became a part of our ministry team in 1986 to develop and grow our technology and media departments. He manages Tele-Faith, our television production department, and oversees our media departments.

Samuel Peña

Community Development Specialist Team, Staff Minister
After having served at our Ft. Meyers church in Florida, Brother Sammy joined our staff in 2004 to assist with our growing Latino Ministries. He now works with our Community Development Corporation (CDC), teaches for FITS, and continues to assist where necessary with our Latino members.

Since 2005, David has been a Staff Minister fulfilling the vocation of Chancellor of Faith International Training School and Director of Covenant Ministries International. He has a passion for missions, representing FFM and CMI as a part of our traveling teams, and for Leadership Training.

With the exclusion of a seven year period serving in another ministry, David Sellers has served at FFM since 1983. Initially as principal and teacher at our then elementary school, he now continues to be a part of our Music Ministry, works with our CDC and teaches at our Bible school.

Anthony A. Spero

Dr. Spero, as he is known to most, has been active in ministry for over 48 years, pastoring, evangelizing, advising and overseeing churches both in this country and in Africa. After pastoring for a time at our church in Florida and overseeing FITS in its infancy, he moved with the school here to NJ and joined our staff.

Always by her husband’s side, Miss Mary has faithfully assisted him in all of his ministry activities as well as her own. She provides support and guidance to the FITS students making their home away from home more conducive to their learning experience.

Benjamin joined the FFM Pastoral Staff in the year 2000 after serving 15 years at another ministry in Brooklyn. Presently, he ministers in the Latino service, teaches in our Bible School, and serves as an International Liaison for CMI.

In 1985 Elaina came on Staff to take over our Bereavement Ministry and see to its growth. From that, CARE Ministries has developed to further serve in the areas of Benevolence, Emergency Assistance, and a variety of community assistance programs.
