Faith Fellowship Ministries School of Christian Counseling (F.F.M.S.C.C.) is a Christian service organization committed to the Lord Jesus Christ and believes that unless counseling is founded upon and directed by the Word of God, it is in vain.
We believe that in order for the non-Christian community to turn to the church for help, Christian workers must have professional credentials, thus providing an opportunity to share our faith and lead them to salvation.
The main purpose of F.F.M.S.C.C. is to provide adequate training for local Pastors and Christians who feel the call of God to counsel. Once trained, counselors are provided with credentials through the National Christian Counselors Association, which is recognized by both Christian and non-Christian communities. Our goal is to offer counseling to all persons in need of help, primarily using a therapeutic counseling method known as Temperament Therapy or Temperament Analysis Profiles. Through such therapy methods, the student will receive the ability to understand themselves, their loved ones, friends, and co-workers. Our training will also provide the student with the essential experiential learning necessary for working in the field of counseling. Along with academic supervised training and evaluation, the essential components for the developing of competency skills are applied.
As counseling professionals, you will play a vital role in the change and growth of an individual’s ability to think, feel, and act in constructive and Godly ways. You will be an active partner with others on multiple levels to foster and facilitate good mental health within your community.
The main benefit of taking the Counseling Training Course and obtaining your certification or license from F.F.M.S.C.C. through N.C.C.A. is KNOWLEDGE. The training you receive will provide an insight into understanding human behavior and relating to others. This knowledge is valuable in every area of your life and will equip you to help those who are hurting. Your church community can be assured that your credentials are authentic and current because you will be involved in continuing education and under evaluation.
